I guess you missed the point!!! That’s IS the adjustment, slotted holes, all up, or all down….. Are there another set of holes on your brackets? Then I guess that’s it then….

Ace, there’s two adjustments for rear ride height, up or down, choose one and try it….

I really wish the quote button worked……..

First off, air passes above and below, as well as each side, so a wing is affective above the car, and a diffuser below, so one will work without the other somewhat, but neither replaces each other.

A diffuser in order to work as designed needs to do several things. One to slow down the speed of the air, and two speed it back up again.

You can’t use a NACA duct to vent the air into the body work, that would be like a parachute under the car. It’s designed, or should be designed to work like an airfoil, faster moving on top, slower moving air under equals downforce. If you drilled a bunch of holes in the wing, besides the turbulence, you wouldn’t have a good separation between the faster and slower moving air.

Not having a wing means there’s lots of turbulence behind the car messing up how the air comes out of the diffuser, making less effective and giving it more drag….

    Hope that helps….

You could get an idea with a tape measure and a level. Do your transverse corner measurements (front left, right rear, front right, left rear). They should be the same. Then set the chassis up on three jack stands, two on the rear, one center in the front. Put a 3′ level across the top of the rear bearing hangers and level the chassis. Then swap the level to across the front axle brackets. Should also be level.

That being said, it’s common for a chassis to have a twist to it right from the factory, they are easily twisted back.

They don’t work very well without a rear wing :)

I guess it wouldn’t be too difficult, but I steer with my left hand, and it doesn’t bother me to shift with the right. Look at my video, you can barely see my hand move on the shifter….

Dean, I can see it fine, but here’s a link to the webpage

This is what I have handy for the shifter, the column end of it. I built a one off for the lower mount to simplify it, I don’t have a production version yet..

I use a cable on the Cobalt, no paddle though. Lever is always in the same spot no matter what gear, there’s just a small lever on the shift shaft, no need for the bracing that’s used on the J arm. Much smaller movements needed for shifts…

The cables I have built have teflon lining also, smooth as silk…..

Actually, 125+ Data is right off the mychron, speed probably is higher, I use actual tire size, not what I think it grows to… That sucker will twist better than 10,500 too….

    GoPro camera….

Motor mounts are not a big deal for somebody that can weld one up, but I haven’t seen a home made CR125 motor mount in more than 10 years…. Most if not nearly all drivers don’t have the time, means, or skills to build one…. Making motor mounts, pipes, gears, etc available, makes it easier to get people involved…..

They make a “A” piston and a “B”, they discontinued the “A” piston which was a fraction larger to fit with the “A” cylinder. You could swap an “A” and “B”, the difference was so slight….

You leave the stock bushing on the bottom, you shouldn’t need more than just the tops to adjust… If you need more caster, roll the bottom eccentric to the forward most position, or more camber, roll it to the inside, or outside etc…

Hey, I’m not saying the guy didn’t sell you a set a of chewed gears, but I think the statute of limitation is about over….

Not sure how you bought it, but when I sell a used piece it’s COD no warranty. And if the guy received it and told me it was no good, no worries send it back and I’ll refund you, but not 2 years later!!! How do I know where it’s been or if it’s even the same part I sent you and that money is long since spent…

Sorry to hear about your troubles and I hope you get it sorted, but I’m an honest man, and I wouldn’t refund a used part after 2 years…

    Good luck….

Like I said previously, living under a rock, you don’t hear much about what’s going on….

It won every race it finished in 2013, set fast lap for it’s class every ESK race but 1 I believe, won the ESK ICE 2013 championship. and for you, I’ll powder coat it pink…. with freckles….

Unknown? How do you figure? Kyle Martin smoked everybody in it at Laguna in 03, ask Bill Schmitt at Dart Kart Club, Jason Slayor, Rob Morris, and not mention…..ME!!!

Maybe not well known because of the numbers, and I like it that way, but it’s been a winner for one than one person with more than one kind of motor…

Yes it is, the website bounces up and down, but I talked to Ed’s son Keith at WKA, and yes he’s still doing bodywork.

There’s no support because nobody organized it yet…

Somebody send me a motor, and I’ll make a motor mount available… I think it’s a really good idea for these motors, just like the clones are for clutch karts… I’m kinda partial to 4 stroke shifties…

I’m not what this has to do with the best chassis for a Gas Gas motor?

    Google translate is your friend:

    “<span style=”color: #ff0000;”>SUPERKART 250

PVP chassis (brake KELGATE) completely revised engine FPE prepared and revised full (with pots and silent TEC SAV). Together with very performant.Vendu MyChron 3 gold.

Price ready to ride: € 8,490 incl “

Not sure what all that means, and that’s a hunk of change to buy site unseen, but whatever…
