The only guy on the planet that might have 45mm stuff is Eric at Seventh Gear Karting… He has some 45mm axles on ebay, he might still have some sprockets.
If Eric doesn’t have a CRG part, you’re SOL!!!!

    http://www.seventh-gear.com/store/contact.php

The only other option you have is to take a 40mm, bring it to a machine shop, and have them bore it to 45mm, you might not need the keyway rebroached either….

    How many you want? CR

can an you get the wiring from the connector to kill switch with the pins already on the end? The stator I have, had them removed.
    [/quote]

I can get the connector with the pins and seals, I could make up a couple wires you could use to connect to a kill switch.
If you don’t want to mess with it, send me the stator, I’ll take care of it for you…

I saw an Anderson chassis that was clear powder coated, you could see all the brazing and welds, it looked cool. That’s the way I would go….

BTW If it’s painted now, then I would assume it’s been already media blasted…..

    CR

OK I give up on trying to quote somebody!!!!!!

Jim, thanks spelling it out….  That’s exactly what I was suggesting EKN to do inside here, it wouldn’t be that difficult for them….

Keith, if you’re going to get it powder coated, they’ll have to sandblast it anyway.  Talk to the powder coat guy and ask if he can blast the frame or send to where they have it done…

BTW Plug here, Anthony Bros. in New your do a great job on powder coating and are very reasonable…..

David, I appreciate your comments, but it ain’t rocket science here…

I would have thought that prior to the new roll out of EKN 2.0, the team would have looked at the functionality of the old website, line by line BEFORE rolling out a new site, but it is what it is….

Thanks and we would appreciate you guys getting to it….

I think you missed the point…..again….  The 08’s had 4 bolt cassettes and VEN 05 brakes, yours does not….

Has anybody looked into fixing the quote button? It adds a bunch of garbage to the post, and you have to back in and delete it all, really annoying….. CR

If you are using the ‘Text’ tab, you have to begin typing your message after it ends the blockquote bbcode, just as I did here. I’m working to add screen captures and directions for both in the FAQ section Thanks

    List of things to do????

Couldn’t you just pop a google search window in there and code it to point to where you want?  That would be at least a band-aid till you populate it with a formatted search window….

Sorry to be frank, but quite honestly, 2.0 is not very forum friendly with all the glitches and lack of features that were in 1.0

Weren’t the 08’s 4 bolt cassettes?  That picture looks to be a 3 bolt?
