If we get enough pre-entries for a 206 heavy class for the Eau Claire race, we’ll make a class for the “bigger boys” to play. Get signed up! Information on the website 206 cup.com.

We had 59 karts on Saturday and 57 on Sunday, started 30 for the main on Sunday in 206 senior!
Gave out a lot of product at drivers meetings both days. A huge thank you to Briggs and Stratton and Dave Klaus for being there both days! Thanks to all of our series sponsors for a great weekend. Especially to Bob Vehring, Jim from Faster Motors and Dave Klaus for taking the time for pictures and autographs with fans!!

Have another big fella in my area who races a kosmic with a world formula on it. He said the install wasn’t bad at all. Call him 612 724 3697, ask for Mark if you are really interested in doing this, otherwise as Gary said, stop whining..

The chassis is not worth a penny LESS than it was before! In fact it probably increased in value with the 206 on it! There’s almost no place to race a tag or 2 cycle kart in my area so they’re a dime a dozen.

I have both an ’07 arrow and a ’06 birel and I can say the problems of mounting a 206 take some time.I have removed the third bearing carrier and a bit of the frame for more room, tweaked the seat struts, and I’m able to get me AND my XL seat in both! As far as affecting the karts handling, they are faster than I am and I’ve got a lot of catching up to do.Smiles per gallon.

I nipped the carrier and some unnecessary frame tubing off of my arrow.Removed about 4 1/2 lbs and made a bunch more room to work.Kart races better than I do…

You are giving away a small bit of compression with the temp sensor, not much. Your best adjustments will be in needle height to change the mixture. There is no “ideal” temp, tune for the day and whatever makes the best laptimes! Check out Faster Motors for the carb tuning tools you will need. Float height gauge and jet tool will make life a lot easier!

For the 206 cup, if you are running gold cup bodywork 50″, if C.I.K. then 55″.
