      Thanks for the response. I have a friend that knows a lot about 2 strokes that is going to help me with checking all this because I have no idea what any of it is. What I am concerned with, if my compression is too high and I make the adjustments you suggested (if it needs it) wouldn’t that make my engine slower? I was already about a half second off race pace in practice and that was before I had to add 30lbs to my kart to be legal.  I did get new tires though.

      I ran it at GoPro motorplex but not in any races. I have prepared it for Yamaha Senior, the only thing it needs it the correct tires. I just put an SR-Y pipe on it. If you wanted to race it for Junior you would have to put a 4 hole can on it and buy the correct tires. I was planning on racing it this year since no one has really had any interest in it, but if you have $2500 ill let it go. Text 336-496-7487 if you are serious, I plan on bringing it to GoPro for Test n Tune day this Saturday if you want to check it out in person.
