      Chad, that number is a little high. To be safe, check your squish that it is at least .025. Maybe the rebuilder dropped the jug with not enough gaskets, the gage is off, cut the jug top a tad, and do a cc test to see if it’s 11cc if you want to run legal.

      Thanks for the response. I have a friend that knows a lot about 2 strokes that is going to help me with checking all this because I have no idea what any of it is. What I am concerned with, if my compression is too high and I make the adjustments you suggested (if it needs it) wouldn’t that make my engine slower? I was already about a half second off race pace in practice and that was before I had to add 30lbs to my kart to be legal.  I did get new tires though.
