That is the thought I had, if everything is setup properly you should be able to get a usable feel for how the kart is Jacking. I understand it is not the perfect way but it sure helps with quick checks at the track on the fly!!!!! :)

We just ran into this last week before running our Arrow x9. With the kart sitting on the ground turn the wheel lock to lock and see if both inside rear wheels get light. And see if the opposite front wheel has lifted slightly. Our Arrow had one side stay planted on the ground the other was lifting. We had full caster in at the time to perform check. What we had to do is bend down the front side corner to get it to plant the wheel properly. You have to support the good side front corner on a jackstand or floor jack. Have someone stand on the back axle/ wheels while holding onto the seat. Then someone can bounce carefully on the offending corner. It took us 3 tweaks and we had a kart that would jack on both sides equally. We figured this corner was tweaked from a slight corner shunt in Feb of this year.

I bought an Arrow AX09 from KartSport last August with a LO206 on board. They used a jackshaft to get things right without cutting things up. The third bearing is held in place with zip ties so it can run loose. It has worked very well for my son running LO206 Jr ( Gold slide ) at Gopro as well as Carolina Motorsports Park.

My 13 year old son Brian ( Rainbow Lord ) started 3 1/2 years ago running the League at Meet me at The Pit in Mooresville. Like Victory lane its a great way to figure out if the interest is there and if they have the ability to take it to the next level. Tell your daughter she will love the Go Pro track and not to be afraid she will find it a FUN place. When she makes it up their to run the Junior Rental karts ask to use #26 or #27 Jr kart. The #26 kart is the fastest of all so she can get her speed fix. For the four average karts she can expect to turn low 80’s to 79’s once she is comfortable. For the #27 low 78’s to high 77’s, the #26 usually can turn low to mid 77’s. Last week Brian broke into the 76’s with a 76.997, he has been up there for about 3 months now. We are in the process of trying to put together a Briggs LO206 program for him.  Hope she will take a shot at it, if she does the hook will be sunk deep! LOL Have a good evening..
