      Personally I think Jax is one of the most fun tracks to drive (at least in a shifter) in the country. With a 1000′ straight you come onto in 4th gear, hit nearly 100mph and then make a 3rd gear banked turn at the end of the straight its a blast! It may not be as fun in a low powered kart but I can’t say.

      It was a tough week for everyone, including me but it was still awesome to be there. As cold as I was I can’t imagine how cold the corner workers the rest of the on-track staff were! Thank you all. Next year it will be 70 and sunny.

      I agree with Brandon the GoPro 3 is a tremendous value and provides great picture quality. Unfortunately both Rotax and SKUSA have limited the camera mounts to the front fairing (GoPro) and attached to the seat post (SmartyCam). This really limits the views. I really enjoyed seeing some of the creative angles some people used. I guess cameras getting knocked off became somewhat of a problem. (?)

      We have a couple of N, H, Q and U axles is good condition. All straight, each has some rust/corrosion from being in our trailer in FL. $125 each

      September 28th race at PBIR will be a night race (guaranteed to be over by 11pm) Practice available Friday night. Registration opens at 2pm, practice starts at 5:00pm.

      Shifters will have 2 classes, Open and Masters. Open includes Stock Moto at 395lbs and ICC/Mod Moto at 405lbs. Masters weights are 405lbs for Stock Moto and 415lbs for ICC/Mod Moto. Masters should be 30 or older or driver over 200lbs.
      Also, open tires brand. MG yellows will be available for purchase but not required. VP98 fuel will be available for shifters and 93 for Rotax.

      Right now it looks like 15+ shifters committed. Let’s try to get over 20!
