The 2026 edition of the SKUSA SuperNationals marks the eighth year that the KA100 Senior category is being offered in the Las Vegas spectacular. The first seven races have featured seven different winners, dating back to Steven Barros making history as the inaugural winner in 2018 at the Rio. Defending race winner Diego Ramos will forgo the opportunity to become the first two-time winner in the category, electing to race the Rotax Senior category as his second class of the event.
A total of 38 other drivers of the sold-out 88-driver field will be racing both KA100 Senior and X30 Senior. Two of them are former KA100 Senior winners and are seeking a second victory. 2024 winner Joe Turney (MPG / Kart Republic) was just inches away from going back-to-back last year, finishing second to Ramos. Turney – the 2024 Pro X30 winner – is the only driver to win both Senior categories in the same event. Pauly Massimino (BJR / LN Kart) is the other former KA100 Senior winner in the field. The 2019 winner was third last year and in 2023, and is coming off the SKUSA Pro Tour championship which was highlighted by two wins and three other podium results.

The list of former winners in the field includes the last three KA100 Junior victors. 2025 winner Noah Baglin (MPG / Kart Republic) was the 2025 FIA Karting OK Junior World Champion and secured the European Championship in OK this year and is among the 99 drivers from around the world competing at the FIA Karting World Championship in La Conca, Italy. Sebastian Garzon (Orsolon / Tony Kart) won both the KA100 Junior class and X30 Junior main event in 2024, and the Colombian earned the USF2000 championship in 2026. Garzon finished sixth last year in this class. Turner Brown (RPG / Kosmic) became the second driver to win both KA100 Junior and X30 Junior in the same year, achieving that feat during the 2023 edition. Brown was unable to defend those titles, and moved up to the Senior ranks last year, racing only Pro X30. This will be Brown’s KA100 Senior debut at the SuperNationals.
Jackson Gibson (NRC / Gillard) and Enzo Vidmontiene (SLA / Kart Republic) are the final two former SuperNationals winners. Gibson took the top spot in Micro Swift back in 2022. The driver from Oregon finished 15th in KA100 Junior last year. Vidmontiene scored the Mini Swift victory in 2021, having raced three times in KA100 Junior before moving up to Senior last year, placing 18th. The Florida driver is coming off a podium result at the ROK Cup Superfinal in VLR Senior class.

The top five in the SKUSA Pro Tour standings for KA100 Senior will be in this year’s field. Chase Hand (GFC Karting) was second in the standings, coming in with a best finish of fifth last year in four starts in KA100 Senior. Caden McQueen (Velocity / Sodi Kart) will be making his second start at the SuperNationals, having finished 14th in class and runner-up in Pro X30. The British driver was third in the SKUSA standings. Spanish driver Ruben Moya (FDM / Pantano) was fourth in the standings, and is set to make his second start at the SuperNationals after placing fourth a year ago. Matthew Cagle (FW / GFC) was the top rookie of 2026, finishing the season fifth in the standings. Cagle had a best SuperNationals finish of 21st last year in KA100 Junior.
Among the Senior rookies in the field to watch include Max Cristea (MPG / Kart Republic) and David Ybarra (Kart CRG USA), who finished in the top-10 in Junior last year. Max Weiland (MPG / Kart Republic), Mexican driver Juan Paramo (Orsolon / Tony Kart) and Jose Alejando Halphen (RPG / Kosmic) from Panama are drivers to keep an eye on as well.

The list of possible contenders is long, including ProKart Challenge champion Jake Drew (RPG / Kosmic), Texas Sprint Racing Series champion Landon Skinner (Hi5 / CS55), ROK Vegas winners Alan Isambard (RRC / LN Kart) and Blake Nash. Nash will be among the three drivers marking the return of the Paul Tracy Kart brand in karting under the Factory Karts banner. Alongside Nash in KA100 Senior will be IndyCar driver Santino Ferrucci. The 28-year-old from Connecticut has many karting titles to his name, last racing the SuperNationals back in 2011, placing 15th in TaG Junior.
Ferrucci and Garzon are not the only car drivers returning to their roots. Long-time SKUSA driver Christian Brooks (AXIS / Redspeed) is making his first SuperNationals start since placing fourth in Pro X30 back in 2019. He joins protégé Dean Pedersen (AXIS / Redspeed), who has been racing F4 internationally throughout 2026. USF Pro Championship driver Michael Costello (Team Benik) last raced SuperNationals in 2021, placing 18th in X30 Junior.
