KA100 MASTER

In the five years now that the KA100 Master category has been offered at the SuperNationals, this is by far the deepest pool of talent to make up the grid. A total of 48 drivers will be racing to be at the top of the podium on SuperSunday, including all three former class winners.

Two-time defending winner Ben Cooper (RPG / Kosmic) is on the drive-for-five, having a win in Pro X30 and another in DD2 back in 2013 – the last time Rotax was part of the SuperNationals. 2023 winner Matthew Waters (RPG / Kosmic) is back after missing last year. The Aussie beat out Cooper in his SuperNationals debut and finished runner-up to him in 2024. Inaugural winner Martin Stone (RPG / Kosmic) is back for a fifth straight year. Since winning he finished in the top 10 before a 30th place result last year.

In total, the field features eight former SuperNationals winners. Kip Foster (BJR / LN Kart) is a member of the four-win club, having last won in 2019 in X30 Master with two podiums in the last three years in this category. Renato Jader David (Orsolon / Tony Kart) won the X30 Master class back in 2016. The Brazilian was fourth the last two years in KA Master, coming off victory at ROK Vegas. The last time Nathan Stewart (Sodi Kart) was at the SuperNationals, the Texan won the G2 Shifter division. Stewart will be making his KA100 Master debut this year.

Two former SuperNationals winners are making their debut in KA100 Master. Race Liberante (FDM / Pantano) won the Pro Shifter 2 category back in 2019 and was a contender for the last two years in KA100 Senior, finishing fifth last year. Louie Pagano (BJR / LN Kart) is making a return to the SuperNationals for the first time since 2016. A winner in X30 Senior back in 2015 – the first year the race was held on the parking lot outside the Westgate Hotel and LV Convention Center – Pagano has been training this year for his return back to SuperNats.

All five podium finishers from last year are returning alongside Cooper. Chris Wehrheim was runner-up one year ago, and is making a move to Speed Concepts Racing aboard a Birelart machine and he’s also coming off ninth at the IAME Warrior Final in Europe. Foster and RJD were followed by Carlos Calderon (SCR / CS55) on SuperSunday a year ago. Calderon is making his ninth straight SuperNationals start in a Master category.

2026 SKUSA Pro Tour champion Mario Barrios (RPG / Kosmic) was sixth last year with SKUSA Winter Series champion Brian Boly (RPG / Kosmic) set to make his SuperNationals debut in KA100 Master. Regional champions Ryan Casner (Bestkart) from ProKart Challenge and Daniel Howie (Hi5 / EOS) from Texas Sprint Racing Series will also be in the field.

Others to be a factor include Paul Elefonte (RRC / LN Kart) who was ninth last year, and is the lone Master driver racing both categories in 2026. John Bonanno (CompKart) was 10th in his SuperNationals debut in 2025. Danillo Ramalho (D2 / Kart Republic) is coming off runner-up at ROK Vegas, having two podium finishes in his last SuperNationals starts in 2021 and 2022. Chris Giumarra (Factory Karts) is making a return to the SuperNationals as the former SKUSA Pro Tour vice-champion back in 2015 finished 10th in TaG Master that year.
