With each passing edition of the SKUSA SuperNationals, the Micro Swift category continues to grow in terms of competitiveness. Each year, the field gets deeper and deeper with numerous possible winners and podium finishers. SuperNats 29 is no different with a sold out field of 48 drivers set to compete in 2026. Nine different drivers have won over the nine editions of the category, meaning that Micro Swift is set to welcome a 10th unique victor on SuperSunday with the graduation of SuperNationals 28 winner Dutch Westbrook up to Mini Swift.
Only two of the top-10 from last year’s field are returning. Jack Kotowski (TKG / Birelart) comes in as the SKUSA Winter Series champion in 2026 after finishing eighth at the SuperNats last year. Kotowski is the only driver in the field to be making his third start in the Micro category at the SuperNationals. This year’s SKUSA Pro Tour champion Beau Wyatt (LEM / Nitro Kart) finished ninth a year ago. In total, 11 drivers are returning from last year’s field, including Tre Sanders (RPM / Nitro Kart) and Shepp Sullivan (VSR / Nitro Kart), who finished 17th and 22nd, respectively. Sanders was the runner-up in the SKUSA Pro Tour standings with one win. Sullivan is a SKUSA SpringNationals winner and was a runner-up at the Texas Sprint Racing Series.

Tristan Francisco (RPM / Nitro Kart) was third in the SKUSA Pro Tour championship, earning a victory in Tucson as well. The Canadian is coming off a USPKS title with three wins and an impressive temp circuit triumph at ROK Vegas 2026 this past weekend. Liam Compitiello (RPM / Nitro Kart) is among the five winners on the SKUSA Pro Tour this season, placing fifth in the standings.
A total of 17 drivers are coming in from outside the USA, representing 10 different nations. Three of the first four drivers to win this category at the SuperNationals were from outside the USA – the last coming in 2019. Names to watch include Australian Jack Wolff (MPG / Kart Republic), Turkish driver Zayn Sofuoglu (RPG / Kosmic), Andres M. Pena (Kart CRG USA) from Mexico, Brazilian Augusto Luiz Nogueira (Velocity / Sodi Kart), Canadian Tom Gagnon (PSL / Birelart), Brit Hendrix Falat (Team Benik), and Colombian Enzo Botero (Orsolon / Tony Kart).
