Josh, if you mean the forum from before 2013? No there is not.
David ColeKeymasterJoe, Karting is at one of its highest in terms of participation. We are seeing bigger numbers at the national and regional levels. The shift in the sport has moved to the eastern half of the country where the majority of big races are.
There is still great regional racing in the Pacific Northwest, along with good numbers in Arizona, Colorado, Texas in sprint karting. The grassroots level has seen a big boom over the last 10 years thanks to the Briggs 206 engine platform and the 100cc returning with IAME and ROK.
David ColeKeymasterHi Matt, discussions are done now on social media. We’ve continue to offer our forums to the karting community, which is mostly used for the classifieds section.
Social Media makes it easier to connect directly with people in the sport and get instant answers, or instant criticism (laughing) with instant notifications.
We have loved what the forums were able to do from the 2000s and 2010s. Now into the 2020s, they are not as popular as they once were.

David ColeKeymasterGood question. It was in Profile edit but it’s not there. Something we are going to look at.
David ColeKeymasterThanks Ray. We will look into this.
David ColeKeymasterAre you talking about the sport as a whole? In the United States, you have sprint, road racing, speedway dirt, speedway pavement.
Before ASN Canada broke up, I bet they had a strong database on their numbers in Canada.
Not sure regarding the numbers in Mexico, or what their ASN does for karting.
David ColeKeymasterPlease send us an email at webmaster@ekartingnews.com and we will get back to you regarding the answers to your question. Thank you.
David ColeKeymasterRob, as you know, it’s about support. Where are you going to get the best support for you in your racing needs. Many of the advertisers here on the website provide great support. What area do you live depends on which kart shop to support.
David ColeKeymasterHi Walt, the old site is offline and not available. Are you looking for an article or a forum thread?
April 1, 2020 at 8:38 am in reply to: Anyone use an old Kart chassis as a SIM racing chassis? #107263David ColeKeymasterHi Rod, there are different ones on the internet but I don’t know of anyone personally to do it. I think the first hurdle is to get the wheel console connected to the steering wheel struts. Then it would be connecting the pedals to the console next.
David ColeKeymasterHi Ray, Social media has taken over for people to argue over things in our lives, including karting. Our forum is still here for those who want a direct path to the sport and information. While people may not post, people still view the site and the forums many times during the day.
David ColeKeymasterHere: https://new.ekartingnews.com/forums/forum/classifieds/
David ColeKeymasterNo. We have not been able to find the issue with our notification system on the forums. Hoping to find the solution very soon.
David ColeKeymasterThanks Bill. I will look into this.
David ColeKeymasterThere is the new SimCraft 24 Hours of Orlando in March.

David ColeKeymasterIf you check the Remember Me Box, it should have you logged in. Sometimes, the system resets to avoid spam. Thus why you may be logged out.
David ColeKeymasterYou have to click on the ‘Remember Me’ when logging in to stay logged in.
David ColeKeymasterPerfect. You can hit up Badger Kart Club or Concept Haulers Motor Speedway. To really get hands on, head up to Franklin Motorsports outside Milwaukee. The Sieracki family will get you set up with everything you need to get started.
David ColeKeymasterWelcome Brian. Where are you located?
David ColeKeymasterWe have a number of things our developer is working on. EKN Classic is one of them. We wouldn’t want to keep all that information and history away from everyone. Please be patient with us. Thanks.
David ColeKeymasterWest loop
David ColeKeymasterBoth. Head to local track and see who is moving up for 2019. That may be the best way to get a used kart before the season is over.
David ColeKeymasterKid Karts should be for 5-7 year old drivers. Cadet karts are for 8-12 age range.
David ColeKeymasterSounds about right. The #OperationGrassroots program is strong in NorCal with a lot of people to help you get in the right direction. An extra chain couldn’t hurt as well.
