J.C. PetersonParticipantI would recommend using MG reds (HZi is the actual model designation). I ran them for several years for practice on my 125 shifter. They hold up nicely while still maintaining a good amount of grip. It will be an easy step to other MGs if that’s what the club you’ll be running with uses.

I don’t know much about the Vegas, but I ran MG reds for several years as practice tires. They hold up amazingly well on a shifter and the grip level is still very good.
