      I very much appreciate your words of wisdom! I’m glad you think that $3k will be sufficient. There was a gentleman I spoke to on the track that said it might be possible to find a used kit LO206 for $1,200 and then read online to plan for $4k – $5k.

      I guess I’ve gotta head back to the track and try to find out where to get the kart.
