      Thank you for you quick respond! it is a 32mm chassis with lo206. i hope it is not bent. previous owner raced it 3 times. the practice tires i ran had even wear.  didnt pay much attention during the day of practice on the wear. (my first lo206.. was to excited )  but when i got home started inspecting the kart i noticed the uneven wear. track smooth with medium grip. will give you detailed info after this week. we have rotax nationals all week long, so ill go and grab me some more practice tires :) lol. but ill be back with the info.
      on the other hand, friend had a crg chassis, and he was able to pull up chassis alignment diagram. they had a description for each position of the pills. and i was wondering if there is something like that for my chassis.

      There are ways to increase or decrease stagger. Visit your local dirt track! For example: take harbor freight torch, and a tire that is bigger out of two. Take out valve steam and heat the tire from senter out but do not heat the side walls. And it is best done while tire is on axle or freespending hub. So you rotate the tire while heating. You will see tire shrinking in. Stop. Take it off and deep it in bucket with cold water but keep valve steam out of water. Let it cool of put valve steam back in air up. And check. If you want to grow a tire, add extra 5-8 lbs of air and while spending around heat the side walls. Lett cool of on its own. Let some air out and check. Hope that helps.

      Idk… when u outgrow it what u gonna do with it. If u like me , no one around has or want cr80… u just gonna get stuck with it. Might as well get u 125 .. and if thats too much just dont roll thru all the gears… jmo

      I have k&n on mine. Works great! Dont know the number , it came with it. It’s kinna cone shaped. Ill take a pic when I get a chance.

      Nice truck! I got another idea even better and lighter requires less metal. But the rail part will bi screwed to the bed of the truck. It wont be as bad as it sound. Yall gonna love it! Andrew mo problem , lemme know!

      The whole thing probably weighs close to 50lbs. But top rail comes of. Buttom is very light. I put the whole thing in the truck by myself. Its is pretty easy for one man to push it up. Rail rides on wheels that are mounted on the base. 6 wheels at 4″. Clearance is 14″ I didnt want to go any higher bc it would be harder to push the kart up for single person. Outside size is 60×60 each strip of expanded metal measures at 12″.

      Thanx. I have too many photos to be copying links though. Here is link to the bucket album. I just primered and painted it. Works great. Have onlu 53$ in expanded metal the rest was bed frames and scram I have accumulated and had it laying around. Red square tubing it really thin so I had to braze the corners. But it being large size tubing it hold up weight pretty good. The rail slides oh harbor freight wheels. Which are really cheap. Im no fabricator. But I bought harbor freight mig welder with flux wire 0.35″ when I built the winchlift kart stand so I had plenty of practice for this project… anyways. Maybe in couple of days when I’ll get time to take pics of finished project ill update you. Or check my album.

      No bed liner in ford and no camper shell. Planning on getting a rain kart cover. Ok I had a little bit of time to work on it today. Its not a finished project yet but maybe 1 more day and I will post finished pics….hmmmm how do I post pics?

      Not a pro but go out to practice and few races. Its a cr125 stock moto. Kershaw sc CMP and plannong to take it out to MMX mooresville NC.

      won several races on dirt tracks but I know its not asphalt.

      Im making something now out of scrap metal. Will post pics as soon as im done. I have 2 trucks that I will be rotating to transport my shifter.97 ext cab 6.5 ft bed gmc and 2013 4door f150 with 5.5 ft bed.
