It went good, now I want to test the full size against the 1010 to see witch ones better. My guess is the 1010 will be better on small tracks

Imo no, but what you should consider is can you race that engine package at your local track, can you get replacement parts for the engine, can you get replacement parts brakes and such for the chassie?

Our Rotax series you can no longer use non letter cylinders, it must be letters so check your area

A couple of things, we run the series in sonoma one year as a micro and now this year as a mini and in the past ran a comer on our cadet. Now that we are 11  years old the fit on the 1010 is much nicer than staying on a cadet. As a micro we are over weight and my kid is thin as a rail, he is just tall so at the end of our micro season we were at 250+ and if the 1010 wasn’t introduced we would be 10+ heavier this year. With the bigger chassie and more power to go with it I’m very happy as a parent. Way more stable. My 2 cents

low turn out could be the fact that it’s way way way to pricey to enter some of these series

you are chasing an unfixable issue, the rotax has zero pull right out of the gate. The class does rolling starts not standing starts like a shifter class so the engine power is middle to high rpm

If you can get 11000 out of a micro than I’m doing something wrong, we never get above 9600 under load.

Gabriel, read past post, many on this issue. And test test test to to find (yours), no one answer or jet size, some say 128 some say 131

found some success this weekend, 112 jet,, floats on the leaner side, pin #3 slot, one key was limiting the throttle . To much and the engine 4 stroked. we are not the fastest but are close. We do not  have one of those super motors just one off the self . seems like top motors are reving higher? only getting 9333 or so.

i agree with you eric, i was in a panic to get my kit and when i got it, it was incomplete. i called back and they were very responsive to get my order right. in this process i could tell they are doing everything they can do to get out the orders. factory supply is the hold up. not maxspeed.

i know less now after our first test day than i did before we started. Tried every combo possible and didn’t find anything that worked, from a 104 up to a 118, never got rev above 8810, tried half throttle to full, tried needle pos from top to bottom,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, totally lost,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
