My son runs a 2016 Kosmic in LO206.  He likes a firm brake pedal so bleeding the brakes is a must to keep him happy.  The bleeder tool has been very helpful and I keep it with us at all times.  When we ran 2 stroke on this chassis, we found that the caliper piston seals needed to be changed regularly.  It is reasonably easy to do this and I don’t recommend doing it when you get to the track and its time to race :).

We tried the Ferodo pads as well.  My son does not like them as good and they are very aggressive on the brake disk.  We run OTK red pads and can get a rock hard pedal.

I like the Alan Rudolph option shown above.  He ran the Bondurant school for years and is a respected instructor/racer as well as an all around good guy.  We are planning on heading his way this year.

The new harness worked great for us and is a much improved design.  The only thing to be aware of is the mounting of the ground wire.  For the new harness, the ground mounts to the bracket, not the cylinder head.
