      Top Kart USA offers the “Carter” chassis.

       

      It is the Year priors “Twister” frame with non-mag parts.

       

      for the price point, its a great deal!!

      ran me about $300 Chicago to phoenix

       

      all was easy, just need a commercial address for pickup and delivery
