      Thanks everyone for helping me out. I emailed my tech director and weight lifting weights are allowed. I also have ordered the weights and will be adding them soon.

      Thank you everyone. I finally got my starter nut off. The crankshaft thread was in really bad condition. And I imagine that the the starter nut couldn’t get off because off how messed up the thread was. Now I just need to send my engine somewhere to get my new crankshaft installed.

      I also noticed just now when I tried to start it again that the fuel had trouble getting up to where the fuel going in the carb. The fuel had problems going up once I stopped choking the engine

      Electric impact?  Would it be cheaper to just buy a new direct drive clutch?

      Also can weight lifting weights be used just as long as I paint them white and make a new hole that is 5/8 of an inch?

      I found some lead bricks that go up to 26lbs it is 2″ x 4″ x 8″ is there anyway something that large can be illegal?

      Also I think he just wanted to know the crankcase type. And I found the crankcase type its a permanent mould.

      Where should I take it? I was thinking comet kart sales could replace it.

      I think one problem might be that the thread  on the crankshaft is messed up. But what I think I am going to do is go to comet or send my engine and get the pto shaft replaced.

      Also I am using the inbuilt fuel pump on the walbro wb3a.

      Tony, nothing else was done besides installing the clutch. I could check the carb. But I doubt thats the problem because if I choke the engine fuel does pump.

      I haven’t tried going full throttle. I say I go about medium throttle. Should I give full throttle or very little throttle?

      The clutch and the axle spin just fine.

      The kart has a centrifugal clutch for now. I plan on replacing it later in the future.

      Thank you very much Jason really helped it’s just that google can’t find the clubs and only finds the rentals.
