(bump..)
I still have these tires taking up room in my garage and I need them gone. Make an offer.
They were purchased in March of this year so they’re still fresh.
I can ship them, they can be picked up in NC, or I can deliver them to New Castle later this month.

My son was born with Cerebral Palsy, and was in therapy to do simple things like jump, walk up stairs, etc at the age of 5 when he begged us to drive a little rental kart. We were very hesitant to let him drive but he was a huge racing fan and wanted to get on a track. Here’s his first time in a kart back in 2008:

He spent a few years in rental karts, did a couple of indoor karting camps, and then raced indoors and won a championship. With a lot of concern on our part we let him try outdoor karting. He did well enough by himself at outdoor karting speed that we let him race Rotax minimax and he is now racing Yamaha Junior at the USPKS level. Karting has been awesome “therapy” and has been a huge boost to his self confidence.
Here’s his Facebook page with recent photos, videos, etc: https://www.facebook.com/emorylydaracing
Kids with CP can gain muscle control from things like swimming, riding horses, and even karting and if they find something that they can do where the CP doesn’t limit them then it can help their whole attitude on life. If you can get him in a kart and he does ok then it might just change his life.

Vacuum leak? Check the carb cap to make sure the rubber gasket is in there..
Have you tried different clip settings on the needle? -

Mobius.. 1080p, under $80, lots of possibility for hacking (lens extension cables, different lenses, lots of settings) so you can stick it anywhere with no worries about breaking it.

the 808 #16 only does 720p but is about 1/2 the price and has more of a hacker community around it: http://www.chucklohr.com/808/c16/

I used a uClear bluetooth set for my son at gopro motorplex for a while during practice sessions not for “coaching”, but more for safety. He was new to 2 stroke outdoor racing so it was good to be able to talk to him when he spun, threw a chain, etc. There are spots on that track where you can’t see karts from the pits and he was able to tell me that there was a kart parked on the track, when he spun off track out of view, etc.
We also found that the engine and wind noise made it nearly impossible to communicate when he was at speed..
