Thanks guys.
Mark – Are you saying the Swedetech primary coil mount for CR125 fits the 250 directly? I just want to be sure before I order. I found it on Fastech’s website.

Thanks Dan. I have case induction motors, so I’ll need the taller one. It looks like someone modified the shorter version to work which may explain why it broke.

Hi Tony,
I’ve tried to post some pictures, but apparently I need a publicly viewable site to post them so the URL can be referenced. I thought this had changed with the new forum. I don’t have a public site for posting pictures. If you don’t mind PMing me your email I can forward the pictures to you.
Thanks,
Mark

You are a legend! :) What do you want for it kind Sir? (PM me)
I would love to be able to accommodate your condition of racing at Buttonwillow, but am heading to Japan on Tuesday for a week. However, I will be able to put it to good use and attempt to dazzle you with my driving skills (or lack there of) at Sonoma. Would that work? :)

Thanks guys that makes some sense. I’ll see if I can rig up a 1mm shim.
Any solid driver’s bubble brackets laying around out there?

The Mychron 4 2T will monitor and display two temps (usually EGT and H2O) at the same time via two separate sensor leads. The standard Mychron 4 just monitors one temp and only has one sensor lead.
It should say Mychron 4 2T right on the main unit. (see below)

Hi,
Is your Mychron still for sale? Just to be clear, it is a Mychron 4 2T, correct? If so, are the Leopard sensor leads different than standard H2O/EGT temp leads?
Thanks,
Mark

Ian indicates that the taller mount will allow the Viper pipe to fit under the sidepod. He is sending me over the new mount so I should be good assuming everything arrives in time for NCK’s season opener on March 28th.
Thanks for the responses everyone.

Dan – I have a pump-around setup and was experiencing the engine cutting out in corners all last year. After trying several solutions, someone suggested it may be that my motor/carb angle may be too steep. I am going to try pulling the pump-around system this year.
As I don’t want to cut my sidpod for motor clearance, is it possible to fit the case-induction CR/pipe under the sidepod with the longer case-induction mount?
