Wka allows 2001 cylinders as well.
Skusa mandates all parts are oem Honda parts. Wka mandates some parts be oem, for example head gasket, piston, hard parts, but seals gaskets not necessarily.
Skusa legal would be legal in wka or any other organization in the USA.

The class would be Stock Honda. (390 lbs). You could also participate in cik125(modified 125/kz 385 lbs)
Most common tire is MG yellow although some have had issues there w / excessive wear or blistering. Some have used MG orange. Chassis setup obviously makes a difference. Wheels are the same as sprint.
I’ve never run Roebling Road but I’d expect gear ratios to be around 1.20. 19/23 15/18 16/19. Not sure chain oilers are allowed, but a good chain lube like silkolene applied every outing should be fine.
Some things to watch for sprint to RR is brake and steering components must be safety wired, a secondary cable or back up between brake pedal and master cylinders. Full width rear bumper, newer plastic ones meet requirements may be a bit much on drag compared to steel tube rear bumpers.
Have fun.

I’ll add , rules incorrectly written, but not all of it is incorrect. Changes to the rules, ie 01 cylinders are coming.

As it is written the rules are of course incorrectly written.
It was also released as an interm rule for daytona due to the tech manual being delayed till January.
I believe it states as well that mancup SH rules do not apply to RR, as it states mancup will use 2014 SH rules.
It is being fixed/looked at.

R2 pipe? Most series are running either the RLV R4 or the SKUSA pro circuit pipe . The R2 pipe is very dated. Don’t know if you plan on racing at all or just track time, but most of the series running stock/spec honda mandate a pipe. (Assuming your cr125 falls into that category, it is the most popular shifter class)

Wd40 is a solvent, not a lubricant. It will clean the grease from your bearings, not lubricate them.

I use a rigid 1/4 impact gun for removal and snugging the nuts, torque wrench to finish them at 20 ft/lbs or 240″ /lbs. 350″ lbs is too much for an 8mm 1.25 stud. Over tightening can crush an aluminum rim or lead to the nut jamming on the stud, causing it to remove the entire stud out upon removal or worse yet have it snap off when applying enough torque to break it free.
