      Take the caps and tap them opening down on a desk or table. That’s the instructions given to me by Sniper USA. It worked.

      Ty,
      thanks for the reply. Tried vigorlessly at tapping them on a kitchen counter without success. But will try that again in the morning when it’s cooler.

      I tap them on the rare earth magnet.

      Tony, just did mine,,drill small hole in cap..paper click.. Comes like one of the three esses in the morning.
