Radiator project, parts?

      Since you sound confident about welding Al, how about cutting end tanks off a salvage radiator & welding onto your new core. Size of scrap radiator would have to be your guide to buying the right core size…could be a little awkward. Or just bend up an Al sheet metal box for top & bottom. There is no magic shape as far as I can tell!

      Thanks for the reply. After more searching I found it. You were right gotta custom fab them from sheet metal.

      Where are you finding cores in the apropriate sizes?
