      Your timing slipped when it was rebuilt. Happened to me a few times

      How do I advance and retard the timing if it is set by the position of the coil and flywheel?

      It’s usually out 180 deg or it has slipped off the crank. I don’t build my own engines but have had this Happen before and that’s exactly what it was
