Comer 80 Cylinder repair

      Appears the top ring broke leaving a score below a port window.

      Has anyone tried to repair the cylinder by welding?   I’ve had good results on other engines by doing this. Just never tried on a Comer 80.

      They can weld iron now? What kind of score and which port? Can’t you just hone it and keep going?
