How to change the spline gear CR80?

      I’m sure you’re gonna have to split the case for that and replace it in the transmission

      That’s called a shifter spindle and babbittsonline has it for $53

      And yes, you will have to pretty much tear apart the whole engine to swap it out.

      It’s called a shift shaft and you only need to remove the clutch cover and possibly pull the clutch assembly it self out to replace it. It should only take 30mins or less to do.
