How are the kart numbers chosen as my son wants a certain number?  Why do some drivers have letters after the numbers?  Does the bacround color and number colors matter ?

      Thanks

The organization’s rulebook you’re racing with will dictate what color numbers you can run.

Generally you can pick your number when you sign up for any race.
