      Hey Andy. Do I have to bring copy of Birth Certificate to MO?  Alex

        Yes, a birth certificate or drivers license copy should be sent in with the waiver, which needs to be signed by both parents. See you at the track Alex.

      Yep, sending a copy of your drivers license in with the waiver is fine.
