      Walt I have shipped a car seat by just wrapping it in that strechy plastic wrap. then put the label on it, that worked fine.

      I just shipped an adult kart seat. I used a box from a filing cabinet, was a perfect fit, and the box was nice cardboard, so the seat was protected.
