Tonykart EVK stock moto setup HELP

      Just start with baseline/standard/neutral everything. The OTK stuff works great at the factory baseline setup for 95% of the conditions.

      10-15mm front spacers
      neutral caster (top and bottom pills facing the same way)
      1390mm rear track width
      front blade bar flat
      medium hubs
      3rd bearing loose

      Kart should work pretty good at all grip levels with that. We usually would twist the front bar from flat to angled or vertical if we needed more front grip and we would add caster as needed.

      ^Agreed except 3rd bearing, tight.

      Seat struts (2) each side

      5mm out on the front spacers or a 45˚ rotation on the front bar for more stiffness would probably fix that. Or a tick more caster.

      Thanks guys I appreciate the help.

      I was struggling a little when the tires were little worn I wanted a little more front bite on turn in?

      Apart from that the Tonykart is a brilliant kart.
