SKUSA and Karting Solutions Group Coordinate to Deliver More Than $340,000 in 2027 Winter Series and Winter Trophy Prizes
Incentives to Return Value Directly to Racers and Teams
Superkarts! USA and Karting Solutions Group (KSG) are joining forces to deliver the most extensive incentive program in the history of the SKUSA Winter Series (an IAME Series) and the RMC Winter Trophy. The combined program will provide more than $340,000 of value directly to racers and teams.
The announcement comes on the heels of SKUSA and KSG announcing a return to the beloved Orlando Kart Center. While the two series remain separately operated, the back-to-back scheduling helps reduce the travel burden for competitors, families, and teams while creating an extended winter racing destination in Florida.
SKUSA expects a record-breaking start to the 2027 season and believes the racing community that makes it all possible should participate in that success.
“This is all about putting value back into the sport, and rewarding the people who make these programs possible,” SKUSA officials said. “The racers, families, teams, and sponsors are the reason these championships exist. We wanted to build a program that rewards them not only for winning, but also for committing to the series and supporting our ecosystem.”
CASH AWARDS AT EVERY ROUND
The program includes round by round cash payouts for race winners and podium finishers in all SKUSA IAME Pro, IAME Semi-Pro, and Rotax classes.
| Category | 1st place | 2nd place | 3rd place |
| SKUSA Winter Series Pro Classes | $2,500 | $1,250 | $500 |
| SKUSA Winter Series Semi-Pro Classes | $500 | $250 | $125 |
| RMC Winter Trophy Classes | $500 | $250 | $125 |
CHAMPIONSHIP REWARDS
In addition to the round-by-round purse, Championship podium finishers in every class will receive 2027 SKUSA ProTour and 2027 America Trophy entry benefits:
| Winter Series Championship Place | Prize |
| 1st | Free entry/tires to full 2027 ProTour |
| 2nd | Free entry/tires to WinterNationals & SpringNationals |
| 3rd | Free entry/tires to WinterNationals |
| Winter Trophy Championship Place | Prize |
| 1st | Rotax Grand Finals Ticket |
| 2nd | Free entry/tires to rounds 1-4 of the 2027 America Trophy |
| 3rd | Free entry/tires to round 1-2 of the 2027 America Trophy |
AND THEN THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY OF WINNING BOTH CHAMPIONSHIPS
Any driver who wins a championship in both a SKUSA class and RMC class will receive:
| Winter Series & Winter Trophy Championship Winners |
| SKUSA SuperNationals 30 entry |
| 2027 SKUSA ProTour entry package for all rounds |
| RMC Grand Finals Ticket |
| 2027 RMC America Trophy and U.S. Trophy Finals entry package for all rounds |
LOYALTY HAS ITS REWARDS
Championship points aside, drivers who compete in every SKUSA Winter Series and RMC Winter Trophy round will unlock a 25 percent discount on 2027 SKUSA ProTour and 2027 RMC America Trophy and U.S. Trophy Finals race entries.
Eligible competitors will also receive early access to SKUSA SuperNationals 30 registration, with a guaranteed opportunity to enter one class of their choice before general registration opens. Because SuperNationals classes frequently reach capacity, this benefit is designed to ensure that full-season Winter Series competitors cannot be locked out of Karting’s biggest race.
TEAMS ARE PART OF THE PRIZE PROGRAM
The incentive package also recognizes the teams supporting our championships.
| Team Achievement | Reward |
| Highest Team Point Total – Winter Series Championship | 50% discount on pit space for all 2027 SKUSA ProTour rounds |
| Highest Team Point Total – Rotax Winter Series Championship | 50% discount on pit space for all 2027 RMC America Trophy and U.S. Trophy Finals rounds |
| Highest Team Point Total – Both Championships | Complimentary pit space for all all 2027 SKUSA ProTour rounds and all 2027 RMC America Trophy and U.S. Trophy Finals rounds |
Team championship scoring policy will be posted closer to the event and be structured such that all teams—big and small—have a fighting chance to take home the prize.
Teams can also receive event-by-event support regardless of finishing order. Any team fielding at least 20 drivers under one tent at any Winter Series or Winter Trophy event will receive a 50 percent discount on that event’s pit-space cost.
“To the karting community, we thank you for your continued support and hope this package helps ease the burden of an increasingly crowded national race calendar,” SKUSA added. “They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so we welcome other series to join us in giving back to the racers, families, and teams that make it all possible.”
