Superkarts! USA will return to Orlando Kart Center for both weekends of the 2027 SKUSA Winter Series. This returns the winter championship to Florida for four rounds of competition on January 15-17 and February 12-14, 2027.

The announcement is especially meaningful after the future of Orlando Kart Center appeared uncertain earlier this year. With new owners assuming control of OKC, SKUSA is working closely with new leadership to make sure the facility remains an important home for North American karting. Rather than returning for a single event, SKUSA has committed both Winter Series weekends to Orlando.

Florida has been part of the SKUSA Winter Series story since the championship began in 2018. Its strong local karting community, and accessibility for teams traveling across the United States, Latin America, and beyond have helped make the region an international destination. The 2025 Winter Series finale at Orlando drew more than 285 entries, and SKUSA looks forward to building on that energy to kick off the 2027 racing season with a bang.

SKUSA is also developing a new incentive program designed to return more value directly to the racers and teams. The program will create the richest Winter Series prize package in SKUSA history, with cash awards, championship benefits and team incentives planned across both championship weekends.

In further efforts to make the 2027 racing season more manageable and ease the travel burden for competitors, families, and teams, SKUSA will once again be partnering with Karting Solutions Group to promote back-to-back race weekends with the Rotax Winter Trophy series also returning to OKC for the January 23-24 and February 20-21 weekends.
