Stephen Eisert Returns to SpeedSense Motorsports
2023 ROK Vegas champion set for homecoming by rejoining team at USPKS finale weekend
2023 ROK Vegas winner Stephen Eisert returns to SpeedSense Motorsports for the remainder of 2024 season
SpeedSense Motorsports, the Northern California-based OTK race team, is gearing up for the culmination of the United States Pro Kart Series campaign with the highly anticipated Indiana Grand Prix at the New Castle Motorsports Park. The September 27-29 weekend marks a special occasion as the team welcomes the return of esteemed racer Stephen Eisert.
Eisert, of Galt, California, joins forces with SpeedSense Motorsports as he currently holds the eighth position in the United States Pro Kart Series KA100 Senior championship standings, with aspirations of finishing within the top five.
Having hones his craft in the early stages of his career at SpeedSense Motorsports, Eisert has steadily progressed through the ranks, clinching victories and championships across local, regional and national levels. In 2023, his partnership with the team led to the development of the OTK 4-Cycle chassis and three championship titles. Notably, Eisert concluded his rookie Senior season triumphantly by emerging as the champion of the Senior VLR category at the 2023 ROK Vegas event.
Austin Elliott, Team Principal of SpeedSense Motorsports, expressed his enthusiasm about Eisert’s return. “I’m thrilled to have Stephen back on the program,” stated Austin, “Over the years of working together, we have watched Stephen mature into a phenomenal racer, and we are happy to have him back as we head into the finale of the season and a chance to defend our ROK Vegas Senior VLR title.”
Accompanied by fellow teammates Oliver Calvo, Max Altman, Collin Ruess, and Valen Venkatesh – Stephen Eisert will reunite with SpeedSense Motorsports in New Castle, Indiana for the finale race.
“I’m super excited to be back at SpeedSense to close the 2024 Season,” added Eisert. “These guys are like my family, and I can’t wait to start this next chapter of my racing career. Thank you to everyone at Sodi Racing USA for the support for the past 10 months.”
The comeback presents SpeedSense with the opportunity to solidify the team and defend their title as ROK Vegas Champions, as they prepare for the upcoming event at the Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino scheduled for October 30 – November 3. Eisert is also set to showcase alongside SpeedSense Motorsports at SKUSA SuperNationals 27, scheduled for November 13-17 at the famous Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
SpeedSense Motorsports has limited driver spots available for both ROK Vegas and SKUSA SuperNationals 27 to join them under the tent.
