CRG Nordam Strengthening Regional Market in Texas

Established in 2015, CRG Nordam has been the official North American distributor for the CRG karting brand. During the eight-year span, the North Houston-based operation has continued the strong relationship from the factory in Italy to the many dealers in the United States and Canada. Euan Jeffery – General Manager of CRG Nordam – brings with him years of experience working with factory drivers and developing the product lines that CRG has produced over that time.

The ‘Lone Star State’ is a vast land mass with dozens of kart tracks and hundreds of racers throughout. CRG Nordam has put a focus on strengthening its market in Texas, continuing to cover the southern region of Texas while adding GRC Motorsports as one of the newest dealers in the state.

Rod Clinard and GRC Motorsports becomes the newest CRG Nordam dealer

GRC Motorsports is owned and operated by Rod Clinard. A longtime CRG driver, who gained Challenge of the Americas wins and championship, along with victories in Superkarts! USA and ROK Cup USA competition, has signed on with CRG Nordam to provide customer service and sales of the CRG product line.

“We have a great group of racers at our home track managed by Heart of Texas Kart Club, and many are on the CRG product,” stated Rod Clinard of GRC Motorsports. “I’ve always had a great relationship with Euan and respected him. The demand for a dealer in our area is high, and we’ve been able to work out a great partnership to serve those in the Waco, Texas area that are looking to compete at the local and regional level.

The addition of GRC Motorsports adds to the list of Texas dealers servicing CRG customers. Arcane Motorsports is based in Dallas, Texas, servicing CRG customers at the national, regional and local levels – owned and operated by karting veteran Trevor McAlister. Massimo Sanchez-Lara has launched MSL Racing, working out of Arlington, Texas. They assist with club and regional drivers in the northern Texas region.

“We are happy to have GRC join us under the CRG banner here in Texas,” added Euan Jeffery of CRG Nordam. “They will compliment and help strengthen our dealer network with Arcane and MSL. Arcane has been with us for a couple years now and they have can develop drivers from the club level up to the national scene. MSL is another new outfit here in Texas and is helping to serve the large Dallas market. Having all three of these programs in place helps us to establish a solid foundation here in Texas to service those already on the CRG product and to help bring in new drivers to the brand.”

All three dealers are committed to servicing CRG customers at their local kart tracks, along with developing those drivers who wish to advance up to the regional level, including the Texas Sprint Racing Series. CRG Nordam will be present at the TSRS in 2024 with a regional racing team, working with Arcane and MSL.

CRG will be at the high-profile winter series programs to start off the 2024 season. Tesoro Kartworx based in Florida will be servicing those drivers looking to compete at the SKUSA Winter Series, ROK Cup USA Florida Winter Tour and Rotax Winter Trophy programs. Ron White Racing and Precision Works Racing both continues to support CRG drivers throughout the west coast, including those at the upcoming Challenge of the Americas program that competes from February to April in Arizonia and California. Those interested in the Cup Karts North America competition, LSR Motorsports based in Indiana is led by longtime CRG supporter Marshall Martin – featuring the successful CRG FS4 chassis for that market. Many other dealers across the United States and Canada feature the CRG product line at a track near you.
