Supported by investment from Dutch Master Capital, the move denotes Factory Karts’ progression from a standout boutique manufacturer into the foundation of a larger domestic manufacturing platform.

The transition follows a span of significant competitive success for Factory Karts, including championships in the Rotax and IAME series alongside multiple race wins and milestones. Moving under the AKM umbrella provides the capital and infrastructure to expand operations and includes the official appointment of Justin Stefani as President of AKM, along with a further refined organizational structure.

Strategic highlights of the transition:

• Operational scaling: increased production capacity at the Phoenix operation to meet growing industry demand.
• Contract manufacturing: AKM opens the door to private contract manufacturing, putting the team’s engineering and production expertise to work for broader sectors.
