Cup Karts North America News: May 2026 Schedule

CKNA Canada primed for Canadian 4-Cycle Nationals as South Division wraps up season

Heading into the month of May, Cup Karts North America will kick off one program – Cup Karts Canada – and throw the checkered on another division – Cup Karts South – for 2026.

Cup Karts Canada Division is riding a wave of momentum into their inaugural Canadian 4-Cycle Nationals at the TAG Karting Academy in Mt. Tremblant, Quebec in mid-May. Numerous classes have already been capped and others are close to filling the grid. In Florida, Cup Karts South Division will complete their four-event season later in the month at Bushnell Motorsports Park. The first Cup Karts North America divisional champions of 2026 will be crowned that weekend.

Cup Karts Canada Division:

The ‘Canadian 4-Cycle Nationals’ at Mt. Tremblant is set for the May 15-17 weekend and has been a major talking point in the sport as support continues to grow for the opening weekend of the Cup Karts Canada program. Senior Light and Cadet have already been capped and have wait lists. Other categories have limited entries still available, and the current total entry count now sits over 225. The TAG Karting Academy venue is an international-level facility that was originally built by Aston Martin F1 owner Lawrence Stroll. The event opens on Thursday, May 14 and karts hit the track for practice on Friday, May 15. This race is already laying roots to become the biggest karting event annually in Canada.
