Music City Kartplex, Middle Tennessee’s premier outdoor karting destination, will host Round 1 of the Tillotson T4 USA Eastern Cup on April 18, as part of the Rhythm & Race Championship series powered by Podium 1 racing. The event promises competitive racing action and a unique opportunity for drivers to experience the excitement of the nationally recognized Tillotson T4 platform.

Through a partnership with McCrone Motorsports, drivers of all experience levels are invited to compete with Arrive & Drive T4 kart packages available for the weekend, offering a turnkey experience with world-class equipment and support. This event marks one of the first major T4 competitions in the Southeast for 2026 and is expected to attract top talent from across the region.

“Music City Kartplex was built to deliver authentic, adrenaline-fueled racing, and the Tillotson T4 USA Eastern Cup is a perfect fit for our track and community,” said Jeffrey Gaccione, track owner. “We’re excited to welcome drivers from across the Southeast to battle on our professionally designed track and experience the thrill of T4 racing.”

Opened in November 2024, Music City Kartplex spans more than 35 acres in Shelbyville, Tennessee, just outside Nashville. The facility features a versatile track with multiple configurations, catering to seasoned racers and first-time drivers alike. With a fleet of high-performance CRG rental karts and a growing community of owner-drivers, the Kartplex has quickly become a regional hub for competitive and recreational racing.

Since opening, Music City Kartplex has hosted tens of thousands of visitors and drawn competitors from 10 states for the Rhythm & Race competitive karting series, which averages over 130 entries per race. Looking ahead, the Kartplex plans to expand with a new 0.9-mile FIA competition track, additional garages, enhanced racer amenities, and a trackside restaurant.
