The Viper Kart is made 100% at the OTK Rental Kart Division of OTK in Prevalle, Italy. OTK utilizes the same manufacturing technologies and quality control systems to build their competition karts as they do for their rental kart fleet with safety as an integral part into the design of the Viper Kart models. Viper Karts undergo certified crash tests at independent centers and meet CE safety standards.

OTK Kart Group is utilizing its global sales network to distribute the Viper Kart rental kart fleet, including OTK Kart USA along with Singapore, Japan and Australia and working with dealers in more than 80 countries to reach every corner of the world. OTK offers a comprehensive suite of services specifically designed to support both new karting ventures and established tracks looking to upgrade their rental kart fleet and operations.

Beyond the karts, OTK Kart Group offers full turnkey support, including track consulting and business planning, fleet setup and on-site technical assistance, staff training and maintenance tutorials, along with fast spare-parts supply through their global dealer network. To support track owners and new investors, financing options are available, making it easier than ever to upgrade or launch a professional rental kart operation with top-tier equipment. The product range for the Viper Kart includes four models, including gas and electric powered machines. The Viper Kart for gas powered fleet comes in adult and Junior models while the Viper E-Kart is the electric kart solution by OTK for both adult and Junior packages available.

All models are available in Tony Kart, Exprit, Kosmic, Redspeed and EOS. All OTK brand sticker kits are available for Viper Kart, along with customized graphics kits without additional charge.

OTK Kart USA is bringing the Viper Kart rental kart fleet to rental tracks across the Americas. They are working currently with seven facilities in North America. Near their headquarters is Orlando Kart Center, along with NOLA Motorsports Park (New Orleans), Finishline Performance Karting (Biloxi, MS), Sonoma Raceway (Sonoma, CA), Willow Springs International Raceway (Rosamond, CA), and Mosport Karting Centre (Ontario, Canada). Amusement centers are purchasing Viper Kart as well for their karting needs.
