Orlando Kart Center and 2026 SKUSA Winter Series Update

The following is a statement from Orlando Kart Center regarding their relationship with Superkarts! USA

To all SKUSA Winter Series and Orlando Kart Center customers:

Over the past several years, Orlando Kart Center (OKC) and SuperKarts! USA (SKUSA) have built a strong partnership, successfully hosting both the Winter Series and even a Pro Tour round at our facility. We were very much looking forward to welcoming SKUSA back again in 2026, and we had even reached a preliminary agreement for their return.

Unfortunately, due to our existing lease agreement with Amazon, involving the overflow parking lots adjacent to the facility, we are unable to host large-scale events like the SKUSA Winter Series this upcoming season. While the agreement initially included provisions allowing OKC to reclaim the parking lots for major events, extended negotiations with Amazon over the past several months have made it clear that it will not be possible for them to vacate the area in time for the 2026 event.

The SKUSA Winter Series is an outstanding series that attracts a large number of teams, drivers, and spectators. However, without access to the full parking areas, OKC simply cannot comfortably or safely accommodate such a large turnout.

This decision was not made lightly. We have received many calls and messages from drivers and teams eager to return to Orlando, and we share in your disappointment. However, this situation has nothing to do with SKUSA or Orlando Kart Center — it is simply the result of a logistical conflict with Amazon, a company whose operational demands make flexibility nearly impossible.

We hope that once the Amazon lease expires in 2026, we can return to normal operations and once again bring large-scale national events like the SKUSA Winter Series back to Orlando Kart Center. Until then, OKC will continue to host smaller, high-quality events that can be properly accommodated within our current parking limitations.

We sincerely thank SKUSA for their continued trust and professionalism, and we look forward to welcoming them — and all of you — back in the near future.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
