eKartingNews.com is proud to present our Preview Series for the Superkarts! USA SuperNationals 28. Leading up to the on-track action of the 2025 edition of the marquee SKUSA event, EKN will preview each of the nine categories that will compete on the temporary circuit located outside the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas from November 12-16.

Trackside coverage is set to begin on Tuesday, November 11 as the EKN crew sets up our SuperNationals 28 home, roaming the LVMS grounds with Paddock Insider and social media content. Coverage continues into Wednesday as karts hit the track for the first time. EKN Live begins on Thursday, November 13 as qualifying is conducted for both the morning classes and the afternoon divisions. Listen LIVE to the heat races throughout Friday, November 14 and into Situation Saturday, November 15, including the five Last Chance Qualifiers held on the day. That sets everything up for SuperSunday, with the main events for SuperNationals 28 audio streamed live on eKartingNews.com/live and eKartingNews.com/radio.

Micro Swift

This year’s SKUSA SuperNationals 28 Micro Swift roster could be one of the most talented in the nine-year history of the category. In each of the eight previous editions, Micro Swift has welcomed a new winner. 2025 will be no different with last year’s winner Zayne Burgess graduating to Mini Swift this year.

Among the sold out 47-driver field are the top five from the 2025 SKUSA Pro Tour championship. Title winner Brody Stoffle comes in changing teams, joining Ryan Perry Motorsport aboard a Nitro Kart after running the SKUSA Pro Tour with JHDD on a Kart Republic. Stoffle is no stranger to different brands, winning the Texas Sprint Racing Series championship with Kart CRG USA. Lenox Lockhart (Velocity / Sodi Kart), Zev Godschalk (Team Benik), Dutch Westbrook (Team Benik) and Aidan Go (Parolin Motorsport USA) are also competing in Las Vegas. Lockhart is also the 2025 USPKS champion. Godschalk has been racing in Europe on the year alongside his brother. Westbrook is coming off a win at ROK Vegas this past weekend, where he drove from 15th to 1st in 12 laps. California driver Go has wins at the SKUSA Pro Tour and Challenge of the Americas while also winning the ProKart Challenge championship.

Of the 12 drivers returning from last year’s field, Hudson Howard (JHDD / Kart Republic) is the top returning after finishing 8th a year ago. Jack Kotwoski (TKG / Birelart) is making his second start at the SuperNationals, and has showed well this year, finishing on the podium at multiple programs throughout 2025. The New York driver won the Micro MAX title at the RMC US Trophy Final. Alvaro Medeiros (Orsolon / Tony Kart) is among the five drivers in the field making a third start at the SuperNationals. Medeiros finished 15th last year and 18th in 2023.

Samuel Chaverri (PSL / Birelart) is among the 14 drivers from outside the USA. Chaverri is from Costa Rica and is also making his third start at the SuperNationals, coming off a Mini MAX win at the RMC US Trophy Final to earn a ticket to the Rotax Grand Finals. Frenchman Amine Pantoli (Velocity / Sodi Kart) is part of a list of 35 drivers making their first start at the SuperNationals. Pantoli has a massive following on social media. Kiwi driver Joey Zhou (RPG / Kosmic) has shown well in his few starts in the USA already in 2025. Other SuperNationals rookies to watch include Canadian Liam Francisco (RPM / Nitro Kart), TSRS winner Dusty Strayer (Parolin Motorsport USA), and Texan Tyler Blackwood (Team Benik)
