Parolin USA Driver Truchot Earns Wins in International Competition
Florida driver continues successful 2024 run in Europe with BabyRace Driver Academy
Parolin Racing Kart remains one of the more successful brands in the United States and around the world, In the US, Parolin USA has developed a strong dealer network and is helping to guide the careers of drivers reaching the pinnacle in motorsports. One of the latest success stories has been the consistent overseas performances of Florida driver Alessandro Truchot, who has been competing with the Italian-based BabyRace Driver Academy this year, which is an official Parolin race team. Truchot is turning heads in Europe with impressive race wins and championship performances in the sport’s top series.
“It was an amazing season in Europe with BabyRace Driver Academy and Parolin,” states Truchot. “With a season racing here already under my belt, I was able to improve with each weekend and battle for wins and championships.”

Truchot, a two-time SKUSA Winter Series champion, spent much of the 2024 season in Italy competing in the Mini category in the multiple series and events. The year began with a victory at the Trofeo Margutti at the iconic South Garda Karting facility in March. Alessandro then added a win at the WSK Open Series while earning the vice champion position in the standings. Strong results at the WSK Euro Series helped him garner yet another vice champion trophy at the conclusion of that program in the Mini division. Truchot added was able to record two wins and four podium results to finish third in the Italian ACI Championship, further exemplifying his status as one of the top Mini category drivers in the world. He added two events with the Champions of the Future Academy Program, earning one victory and three podium results over those four main event races.
The 2024 season will be the final year in the Mini category for Truchot with his advancement to the Junior ranks already in motion. Alessandro has been testing the full-size Parolin chassis here in the United States and in Europe, and he also made his KA100 Junior debut at the USPKS Ohio Grand Prix in August. His first Junior race on the international stage will be in the OKN Junior category at the WSK Final Cup program. The opening event is slated this weekend (November 6-10) at the South Garda Karting facility before heading to the Cremona circuit on November 20-24. In between those two events. Truchot will return to the USA for the Superkarts! USA SuperNationals 27 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to run in both the KA100 Junior and X30 Junior categories.
“I’m excited about ending my Mini career and moving up into the Junior ranks as we head into the 2024 season,” added Truchot. “There has been a lot of development with the full-size Parolin karts and I’m eager to see what we can do in 2025 both in the USA and in Europe.”
