Ohio Motorsports Park Breaks Ground on Motorsports Entertainment Complex in Lorain, Ohio

Ohio Motorsports Park Real Estate Holdings LLC (OMP) is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of the Lorain Ohio KartPlex (LOK), a state-of-the-art Motorsports Entertainment Complex, in Lorain, Ohio. This groundbreaking event is scheduled for the week of June 24th, 2024.

Despite still in the process of acquiring XELL Real Estate Holdings LLC and XELL LLC, OMP has already executed a Site Access Agreement to commence the construction. The project has received significant support from the City of Lorain, the Lorain County Commissioners, and US Steel.
