USPKS to Award KA100 Senior Driver with Trip to IAME Eurocup at Le Mans
The United States Pro Kart Series presented by MG Tires and IAME Series East – the official IAME Series USA East program – continues to add to its massive prize package for the 2024 season. A new relationship with IAME Series France has brought together a driver exchange between the USPKS and the IAME Eurocup.
The IAME Eurocup event, scheduled for October 3-6 at the Le Mans Karting International circuit in Le Mans, France, will welcome one KA100 Senior driver from the United States Pro Kart Series with a free entry, fuel, and race tires. In return, the USPKS will welcome a driver from the IAME Series France to an event of their choice in 2025 and provide the same entry, fuel, and tires package.
“This is a great opportunity for one of our KA100 Senior drivers to experience international racing at a historic facility,” stated Mark Coats of the United States Pro Kart Series. “We welcome any international drivers looking to compete against the best in North America here at the USPKS. I would like to thank IAME and the IAME Series France along with those involved with the IAME Eurocup for working with us to provide this great prize.”
This prize is set to be awarded at the USPKS Wisconsin Grand Prix, scheduled for June 28-30 at the Mill-Rite Raceway in Dousman, Wisconsin. The highest finishing driver in the KA100 Senior main event to receive the prize will be awarded free entry, fuel and tires to compete at the Le Mans event this October.
Already confirmed at the beginning of the season, a championship podium finisher in 2024 for the United States Pro Kart Series will see one driver awarded with an entry ticket to the 2024 IAME Warrior Final, which is scheduled for November 4-9 at the International Kartodromo Lucas Guerrero in Valencia, Spain in the X30 Pro, X30 Junior and Mini Swift divisions.
“It is an honor to be able to award international opportunities to our racers at USPKS,” Coats added. “With this new prize, we will be providing four drivers with the chance to race in Europe and compete against the best in the world in 2024.”
Registration for the USPKS Wisconsin Grand Prix remains open until Sunday, June 23 with link available at uspks.com. Visit iame-motorsport.com for information regarding the IAME Eurocup event.
