Several OTK USA race teams, drivers and dealers took part in the 2022 United States Pro Kart Series finale, held at the New Castle Motorsports Park. The New Castle, Indiana facility was the site of the Heartland Grand Prix, which hosted Rounds Seven and Eight of the championship program, counting the best seven of eight. As the weekend concluded, OTK claimed five of the championships on the year thanks to a closing weekend that included 10 victories in 14 of the main events along with 26 podium finishes and 40 top-five results.
OTK USA drivers doubled up in the win column in four of the categories on the weekend, including a sweep by Hayden Jones (Rolison Performance Group / Kosmic) in the X30 Pro headline division. Jones was able to outgun six-time winner Ryan Norberg (Rolison Performance Group / Kosmic) for victory on Saturday, claiming his first of the season. Jeremy Fletcher (Ryan Perry Motorsport / Tony Kart) drove to third for an all OTK podium with Nate Cicero (Rolison Performance Group / Kosmic) fourth in his return to karting after three months away. Jones was able to repeat, driving away to the victory on Sunday ahead of Fletcher with Norberg one spot off the podium in fourth. Norberg already had claimed the series championship, his second straight, following the action on Saturday and the two victories on the weekend secured Jones the vice-championship position.
