The future of Karting is with the children. When I started Karting it was common to see 15 or more Kid Karts at a race. Now we get one or two. After going to Daytona Kart Week this year I was impressed with the number of Kid Karts that attended. How ever the majority of them were from out of state. The FKCS has been the developmental series in Florida, producing some of the best drivers in the world. So in an effort to help Karting grow, the FKCS is going to waive the entry fees for all Kid Karts for the 2015 season.
