EKN Trackside Live: Coverage Wrap-up

It's a wrap here at the 2010 Rock Island Grand Prix. It was simply an excellent weekend, the racing was great, the weather was close to perfect and, now that it's all done, we can boast that there wasn't one red flag. Kudos to the drivers for showing respect for each other on the track.

We hoped that you enjoyed our coverage, and we'd like to take this opportunity to thank our broadcast partners - Shockwave Karting, Franklin Motorsports, the SKUSA Central States Challenge, Margay Racing Products and Evolution Karting. If you need something that they sell, we love it if you would help us pay back for their support!

See you at our next live broadcast....the SKUSA SuperNationals!

Absoloutely concur but P2 had no steering support for last 10 laps! held it in his hands. (may have been able to stay within 20 seconds)!

Lucido made contact with a barrier and went sideways. Musser had no where to go and drove overtop and on his head after a wild ride. He walked away but will be sore.

Doug

I am near completion on a suspending lead weight gismo that is based on only the M7 RPM curve. The lead weight detachs from the seat from 6000 rpm to 11000 rpm. The only problem is getting it to return to its original location on the seat. The driver has to wear a special arm band that I have been testing for activation of the gismo. I was forced to go to this extreme on August 11 by one of the associatons. Completion date is Nov.10th. Doug, keep this one to yourself if you know what I mean.
