| Alex Lloyd is an experienced, talented driver who apparently brought some money with him--and I like him--Chip Ganassi and Sam Schmidt certainly liked him last year at Indy; HOWEVER, I would have loved to see J. R. Hildebrand, Firestone Indy Lights champion, VERY INTELLIGENT, GOOD LOOKING, ARTICULATE , TALENTED American who apparently didn't have any or much money to bring to the table. I'm so hoping J. R. gets a chance with some team at Indy or some other tracks. J. R. could be attending MIT on a scholarship but wants to race. I personally think he is a better driver, person than Graham Rahal--there is not an arrogant bone in Hildebrand's body--and Graham runs hot and very cold when it comes to fan interaction (I have tons of evidence of this) and like I've said before--I know how much family money the Patrick, Hornish, Speed families spent on their kids' racing careers--and Bobby Rahal won't open his billfold for his son--and Bobby Rahal has a very large billfold. |
