I have used Verizon since I've had a phone. I am thinking of changing to another company. Has anyone used Sprint? If so can you let me know what you think of them and there service. How is service at race tracks etc. Thanks in advance.

This may be like asking who the best engine builder is Smile

Please read caefully.

I made the best decision of my cell phone life by switching from Sprint to Verizon. Sprint's coverage and billing practices drove me to abandon them. (PM me if you want specifics) I had had Nextel before and they were good; but, when Sprint took over, everything went donwhill fast Sad

Your experience may vary.

I totally agree. Sprint is TERRIBLE. The billing is bad, customer service does not exist, and the coverage is awful.

Had Sprint and Verizon at the same time and the Sprint was very poor at best. Most Road Racing tracks that WKA run only Verizon worked. Driving from Chicago to South Florida with both phones it was wierd to see how often the Sprint was not getting a signal.

I would stay with Verizon. Just jumped on the $69 unlimited plan too.

New forum rules again? Already? So soon!! Guess I missed the announcement.

So, does "Sprint" in the thread title qualify this topic for … “dedicated to discussion regarding anything in the world of motorsports, everything from Formula One to Lawn Mower Racing.”

That’s negative and non-productive. So much for the continued path toward promoting the sport of karting in a positive fashion.

I knew the Lounge would be saved by Roy and John.

Squad 51, this is Rampart. Can you send us some EKG? Ten-four, we're transmitting EKG. We're sending you a strip. Vitals to follow. Pulse is 160, the victim is in extreme pain, Rampart. V-fib! Well lets see- Sprint sponsors nascar, but I guess that wouldnt count as motorsports talk. Sponsors never were a part of motorsports.

As for everyone else- Thanks for the input! I am hearing the same thing all around.
