The EKN staff would like to inform all forum members that The Lounge is permanently locked from this point forward. The section has become a negative to the forums as a number of non-productive discussions take place everyday. To continue the path toward promoting the sport of karting in a positive fashion, the staff at EKN has elected to terminate these type of discussions on the forums.

Those looking to continue discussions regarding motorsports issues not related to karting, a new section has been created for those discussions to continue with many moved over. Thank you for your understanding.

I guess I'll be the first to say that I think this is over-reaction. If you didn't like the lounge, then don't click on the icon. I, for one, tried to post informative and verifiable information - when others then preferred to respond via name-calling and "shoot the messenger", then doesn't that really reveal the quality of their character?

Its funny to read how many people dis-liked the Lounge. If you dis-liked it so much why were you on then reading? LOL! I saw nothing wrong with it. Sucks that maybe a few people ruined it for people who did like to read and get some info good or bad. I liked it to laugh, get the blood flowing, and see how some of these Hillbillies think!!! Laughing

Would have been better to warn the people who stirred the pot so to speak. Make them take a time-out! Rolling Eyes
