Andre-
So now you are calling Australians liers? I don't think that is very diplomatic of you I don't lie to people, so I don't assume that everyone lies to me. If I ask a question, I assume I will get a straight answer, otherwise I wouldn't ask.
As far as your lap time research - none of that holds ANY validity to what happened in Daytona after an entire year of racing, testing, practicing that these drivers have done to improve their knowledge and skills.
If that were the case, what is the point of anyone showing up if last year's winner is coming. I feel that the level of competition is going to be very tight and there are plenty of drivers that will be vying for Top 5's in Homestead. I see no reason to think that any of the 3 drivers from this thread might as well stay home because they didn't win or podium last year though. _________________ "Luck is when Preparation meets Opportunity"

Mr. Martins,
I don't know you from a bar of soap, and to be truthful I do not know the Sera family personally, I have only seen Dave race and I have had the privilage of being in the same race meeting his cousin James only once as we live in different states and never been able to breathe his exhaust fumes he is that far ahead. NEVER in either of the Sera's careers have they ever resorted to any underhanded tactics, Dave has achieved what he has because of brilliant skill and understanding of what an engine and chassis can do.
To imply differently only shows sour grapes and bad sportsmanship on your part. I could say go suck a lemon but I will refer to an old Aussie curse and say go suck an egg, preferably a bad one.

Kind regards,

To all;
Hey everyone needs to lighten up. There is absolutely no need for accusations. The competition at Daytona was great, there were probably 20 drivers that had the credentials to win. Some had great weekends some just had days when they couldn't get the combination right. It appears that the Rotax had an advantage. What we should be doing is looking to the FWT to establish bragging rights for both the Rotax Weekend and the second weekend where the TAG class will compete. Let's see what happens during the TAG weekend to see if a motor dominates under the SKUSA rules.
This thread should be talking about the competition and great racing at Daytona not a medium for trashing anybody or anything. |

Mark, please don't confuse the Americans any more than they already are. _________________ understeer happens on road courses and usually is pronounced with a British accent.
